If they are made by the company that came out with the South Beach Diet, you can be relatively sure that they are in line with the diet plan and that eating them will benefit you in your endeavor for a healthier life. You may also find that you can get other aids to go along with this diet plan that are meant to help you succeed with your eating plan.

What most don’t realize about plans like the South Beach Diet is that in order to make it work, you have to be determined and stick to the diet. This is something that you have to commit to, and you should do so for the rest of your life. That means you are taking on a lifestyle change rather than just a change in eating habits that you will drop once you get to your goal. When you do that, you will go right back to the habits that had you overweight and unhealthy to begin with, and that will mean failure. Instead, think of plans like the South Beach Diet as a way to change your life for good. So when people ask, "does  the South Beach Diet really work?", the answer is of course it works, but only if you are willing to apply yourself 100 percent to make it work. You will not succeed if you approach any diet in a half-hearted fashion.
